1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StoryGlider.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoryGlider.com, operated by Story Glider Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

StoryGlider.com provides AI-powered content creation tools designed to help users create video scripts, generate engaging content, manage research libraries, and produce creative materials. Our Service includes:

• Writing Agent: AI-powered scriptwriting assistant for generating SEO-optimized titles, hooks, and full scripts
• Clip Studio: Tools for converting scripts into visual content
• Research Library: Document management and research tools
• Ad Templates: Template creation and management features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Story Glider Limited and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks: "StoryGlider" and related marks are trademarks of Story Glider Limited. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or publish complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

6.1 AI Transparency Obligations

Parts of the Service use AI systems to generate or assist with content, and you may interact with AI-driven features. Where you publish or distribute AI-generated or AI-manipulated audio, image, or video content — particularly content that depicts real people or events, or that could appear authentic (for example, deepfakes or synthetic voices) — you are responsible for disclosing that the content is artificially generated or manipulated, and for adding any labels, markings, or notices required by applicable law, including the EU AI Act (Article 50) and similar transparency rules.

We may, where feasible, attach metadata or markings to outputs to support these obligations, but you remain responsible for compliant labeling and disclosure when you publish content created with the Service.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STORY GLIDER LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time from Profile (Delete account), or by contacting us at hello@storyglider.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the courts of Malta, except that if you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you do not lose any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on StoryGlider.com
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending an email notification to registered users when possible

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
